Fifteen XP Principles

While the XP values are bold and can influence your team’s development mind-set, they are a bit too vague when it is time to start selecting practices that implement these values. To bridge the gap between values and practices, XP needed a set of principles that built on the values. Fifteen principles are derived from the four XP values. These principles are the focus of this section. The first five of these are the fundamental XP principles.
